Sunday night the guy who hit me’s car insurance called to tell me that they he hadn’t returned their call yet. I called again today and they said they have sent emails and calls and now a letter to him and still no response. He has 15 days to get back to them. Then they threaten to take away his policy. Then if he still doesnt comply they do take away his policy and theirs a review process of weather the insurance company will take care of the damages anyways.
